Ingredients

  • 1 large size Cool Whip
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 cups small marshmallows
  • 1 small box instant pistachio pudding
  • 1/2–1 cup chopped pecans (personal preference)

Instructions

    Mix the dry pistachio pudding with the crushed pineapple (juice and all) in a large bowl.

    Fold in the Cool Whip until the mixture is smooth and evenly pale green.

    Add the marshmallows and gently stir to distribute.

    Mix in the chopped pecans.
