Ingredients
- 1 cup white school glue
- 3 cups shaving cream
- Food coloring, optional
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1½ tablespoons saline contact solution, added slowly (must contain boric acid and sodium borate)
Instructions
1Add the glue. Pour the glue into a large mixing bowl.
2Add the shaving cream. Add the shaving cream and stir until fully combined. Add a few drops of food coloring if desired.
3Mix in the baking soda. Stir in the baking soda until evenly incorporated.
4Activate the slime. Add the contact solution slowly while stirring continuously. The mixture will begin pulling away from the sides of the bowl.
5Knead until stretchy. Knead the slime with your hands for several minutes until it becomes smooth, fluffy, and stretchy. Add a few extra drops of contact solution only if needed.
6Store for later. Store the slime in an airtight container or zip-top bag when not in use.
