Ingredients
- 3–4 medium size ripe tomatoes
- 1/3 medium size onion
- 6 sprigs cilantro
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/3 to 1 jalapeño (to your taste)
Instructions
1Chop garlic and jalapeños into fine pieces (1/16–1/8 inch chunks).
2Then chop the remaining ingredients to whatever size you desire.
3Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix very well.
4Let sit for 5 minutes and serve with tortilla chips.
Tips & Variations
- Adjust the jalapeño amount to match your heat preference.
- Keep the tomato pieces slightly larger than the rest for the best texture.
- Serve with tortilla chips or spoon over tacos, grilled chicken, or eggs.
